Projet de 1938 .
Projet de Roland Payen sur une commande de...Mitsubishi. Après avoir examiné le prototype du Pa-112, le Commandant Koshino et le Capitaine Sumikawa passèrent commande d'un « avant-projet » d'avion-torpilleur embarqué disposant d'un rayon d'action de 800 Km. A la semble-t-il grande surprise de Roland Payen, le gouvernement français autorisa l'exportation de cette étude le 28 septembre 1938. Selon R. Payen dans « Pilote Privé n°89 » de 1981 le document d'autorisation signé du Ministre de l'Air de l'époque mentionnait que ces études « présentaient peu d'intérêt en matière aéronautique » !!!!

A Roland Payen project folowing an order from….Mitsubishi . Avfter examining the Pa-112 Prototype, Commander Koshino and Captain Sumikawa ordered a « study » for a carrier-based torpedo bomber with a range of 800 Km. To R. Payen's apparent surprise, the French Air Ministry authorized the release of the documents to the Japanese noting , according to R. Payen (« Pilote Privé n°89 » in 1981) that « this research has little aeronautical interest ». This authorization was given on Sept. 28, 1938.
